FIRST Documentary Opportunity

NM FTC received this invite from FTC Team 5773 in California regarding a Documentary they are working on. I am passing it on to you in case any of you are interested in participating. Contact information is included.

Hello,

I’m Manasa from FTC Team 5773, Ink and Metal. Our team represents American High School in Fremont, CA, USA, and has been competing in FTC since 2011. We’ve consistently qualified for States and also won the NorCal States Championship in 2021. Apart from our achievements, our team enjoys FIRST to the fullest extent, especially collaborating with other FIRST teams.

We’ve met several local FIRST teams in the past few years and learned a lot from them; however, we wanted to gauge the experiences and connect with FIRST teams around the world (FLL, FTC, FRC, and FGC) so we could learn about each other’s unique FIRST experiences. We are producing a documentary compiling the experiences of local and international teams to showcase the unity and global community FIRST has inspired. Through this initiative, we aspire to educate audiences of all backgrounds about robotics in FIRST and involve people outside of STEM to discover their passions and achieve their dreams.

Upon meeting with these teams, we plan to compile these clips detailing the experiences of numerous FIRST teams from various regions around the world to convey the impact that FIRST has had on all of us. Could you please invite  all the teams under your region to take part in the documentary?
