NOTE: Coaches of multiple teams can now register for each of their teams by first creating your primary team account and then while logged in, revisit this Team Registration form, and register yourself on an additional team, repeat as many times as teams you coach. The same approval process will take place.
NOTE: NEW FEATURE: Co-Coaches can now register for their team and perform actions on the teams behalf such as event registration, Co-Coaches simply complete the form below.
Please fill out your teams registration fields completely. Upon registration you will receive an email address confirmation message. Please be sure to follow the instructions in that message to confirm your email. Once you have completed that step, an admin will activate your coach account for your team. If you feel you have not received the confirmation message please check your “SPAM” or “JUNK” email folder. If it is not there you should wait at least 15 minutes to give time for the message to arrive. It is a good idea to whitelist “postmaster@nmftc.org” (usually sending an email to this address will whitelist it) and/or the nmftc.org domain in your email client settings to ensure you receive our email notifications.
