Hi Teams!

Here are the details for the remote judging portion of the NM FTC Regional Championship this weekend.

Schedule for First round judging Interviews this Saturday and Sunday:

Your Portfolios, optional Control Award submission form and Feedback Requests must be uploaded to the FTC Scoring system by 6PM Friday, Feb 25.  The URL is https://ftc-scoring.firstinspires.org   Login using your same Lead Mentor 1 or 2 FIRST Dashboard username & password.

For your Control Award video, there are two options: 1) (Preferred) The judges will give you the opportunity to share your screen to show the video during interviews, or 2) You may upload the video to our website following the instructions below.

Compass / Promote / Control Award Video Upload:
We discovered there was an issue with the website preventing upload of Compass & Promote videos by the deadline, so we are extending that deadline until 9PM tonight (2/22). Control Award videos may be uploaded until 6PM Friday. The link for the submission is https://nmftc.org/compass-promote-video-submissions/

The user submitting must have the NMFTC site login for the team account and be logged in.  The instructions are listed on the upload page as follows.

Instructions:

1. Choose the “Select File” button (The File/Video must be in MP4 format and file extension end in .mp4)
   2. Enter “TEAM NAME”, “TEAM NUMBER”, “Your Name”, “Your Email”, “Phone”
   3. Click “Upload File” button.
   4. File upload progress will be displayed (DO NOT LEAVE THIS PAGE UNTIL YOU GET A SUCCESS MESSAGE!)

Once a video is uploaded you  will receive an email notification / confirmation. If you have any problems or do not get the confirmation email, please let me know.

Judging interviews will be conducted using Zoom.  I will send Zoom links later today in a separate email.
