New Mexico FTC Bi-monthly Coaches Meeting

Hello New Mexico FTC Coaches,

Applied Dynamics Initiative and FTC Team 16265 ENIGMA are inviting you all to join a new bi-monthly (2^nd and 4^th Mondays of the month) coaches meeting.

These meetings are meant to help and support one another, share resources and discuss these and other subjects:

• Design
• Build
• Coding
• Portfolio
• Operating a successful program
• Recruiting (coaches, mentors, students)
• Fundraising
• Outreach
• Competitions
• Etc.

This Includes answering questions or finding answers we don’t know.

The inaugural meeting will be held Monday Oct. 27^th from 5 to 6 pm.

Please go to https://applieddynamicsinitiative.org/ftc-coaches-meetings/ and provide the information we’ll need to invite you to the meeting platform.

With this information expect an invitation from russmc@adisteam.org with a link to the meeting platform.

When clicking on the meeting link:

1. Enter your name and choose or upload an avatar.
2. Click the Register button and then the blue round button with the checkmark (you can also add to calendar from here)
3. If asked to enable your mic and camera, please do this
4. Click to enter the room
5. Enter your Email and choose a password to use now and in future meetings.

That should be it.
