Team List and Welcome letter for Albuquerque FTC Qualifier

Hi Teams!

Here is the Welcome letter with details and instructions for the NM FTC Albuquerque Qualifier on Dec12-13.

We will be publishing a judging schedule and sending it to team coaches by email in the next few days.  I have heard from 8 teams with preferences for Friday or Saturday judging (evenly split so far).  Please let me know by email to nmftcinfo@gmail.com  by Noon, Monday Dec 8 if you have a preference.  We will attempt to honor these requests in the order in which they were received with the caveat that we will give preference for Saturday morning to teams travelling greater than 30 miles.  If we haven’t heard from you, we will assume you are Ok with either choice and make random selections.

If you plan to submit a Portfolio, we need that submitted electronically by Friday Dec 12 at 8AM.  Instructions are in the Welcome Letter.

The qualification match schedule will be generated and announced once all teams are checked in at the Qualifier.
