NM FTC April Scrimmage Results and Championship Details

Hi All!

Some details for the NM FTC Championship April 26 – May 2

• We will schedule a Coach/Driver meeting on Sunday afternoon 5PM  (4/25)
  • One Mentor and One Student must attend!!
• Compass and Promote Videos
  • Due by Noon on Monday, April 26
  • I’ll send upload instruction in a separate post
  • Do NOT upload them to the FTC-Scoring software
• The competition window will be open from 8AM MDT on 4/26 to 5PM MDT on 5/2
  • Scores must be submitted by 5PM MDT, 5/2
• To be eligible for judged awards, materials need to be uploaded to the scoring system.
  • Must be submitted by Noon, on Thursday, April 29
  • Engineering Portfolio, Control Award and Feedback Requests
• Judging will occur on Saturday, May 1
  • We will be using Zoom for judging interviews instead of the built in video conferencing
  • Presentation Judging will be in the morning (~8-12AM)
    • We will publish a schedule in advance
    • Will do a Doodle Poll for availability
  • Follow-up Judging in the afternoon (~2-4PM)
    • A schedule will be published around 1:45PM on Judging Day
• We will contact Dean’s list applicants to schedule interviews
• Students need to be registered in the FIRST system – paper forms are no longer used
• There will be a closing ceremony at 7PM on Sunday May 2 where we will announce results.
