Hello NM FTC Teams!

We have opened registration for both NM FIRST Tech Challenge POWER PLAY qualifier events (for NM teams only at this time).  You can register on our webpage at:

The first Qualifier will be at Alamogordo High School in Alamogordo, NM on Dec 2-3, 2022.

The second Qualifier will be at La Academia de Esperanza Charter School in Albuquerque on Jan 13-14, 2023.

Teams are welcome and encouraged to participate in both qualifiers.

The NM Regional Championship will be in Socorro on Jan 27-28.  You must advance to that event from one of the two qualifiers. Registration will be by invitation following the Albuquerque Qualifier.

After NM teams have had a chance to register, we will be opening Qualifier registration on October 24th, 2022 for teams located in the state of Chihuahua Mexico and the other 4 corner states of Arizona, Colorado, and Utah. We will be opening registration to all other regions on Nov. 17th 2022. We request out-of-region teams please do not attempt to register before those dates. We will add links for that purpose on Oct 24 and Nov 17th.

I notice in the FIRST database that some teams still need to pay season registrations costs to FIRST, provide Lead Coach 1 & 2 contact information and complete Youth Protection Training as required by FIRST.  Please make an effort to complete these tasks as soon as possible via your Dashboard.   These things must be complete to compete in any FIRST events. If you are having problems, please let us know using the “Contact Us” feature on this webpage. We can either help or connect you to the right person at FIRST to help.
